:For this order I did it for $25 less than I normally would. I tried to communicate with buyer to find out a direction he wanted to go in. I did not recieve a response. I delivered the order and recieved a response that he did not like the names. I delivered more names (more than I was required to). He did not like those names either. I offered to keep looking if he could give me some direction on what he was looking for. He wanted to cancel instead after the work had all been done. I again offered to keep looking and he again wanted to just cancel. we negotiated that I would get half of my fee for the work I had done. Communication is key to find a name that works for a buyer and the communication was lacking on the buyers side.
